So I was just sitting in the doctors office for my final visit and Carter just looked so cute in his seat. So I snapped a picture on my cell phone and saved it. As I looked at it again, I realized he smiled like this right as I took it. I was so surprised. And he was looking right at the camera too. What a cutie pie. (Sorry I am a little biased.)
